If you do not meet your profit targets within the specified timeframe, we offer flexibility by considering extensions or allowing you to retake the evaluation. 2. Profit Targets and Account Types 

We offer multiple account types tailored to suit different trading styles and experience levels. Each program is designed to help you demonstrate your trading skills and progress to a funded account. 

a. X150 Boost+ Program 

- Phase I: 

- Objective: Test your trading skills and risk management capabilities. 

- Profit Target: 10% 

- Daily Drawdown: 5% 

- Overall Drawdown: 10% 

- Phase II 

- Profit Target: 6% 

- Daily Drawdown: 5% 

- Overall Drawdown: 8% 

b. Live FX Program 

- Single-Phase Evaluation: 

- Profit Target: 10% 

- Daily Drawdown: 5% 

- Overall Drawdown: 10% 

c. Power Live Program 

- Direct Funding: No evaluation phase required. 

- Profit Target: None 

- Overall Drawdown 10% 

3. Trading Behavior and Strategies 

We encourage traders to adopt a disciplined approach to trading. A well-defined trading plan, robust strategy, and strict risk management are essential for success. At FxLive Capital, we allow a variety of trading styles, including: 

- News Trading

However, traders should exercise caution during high-volatility periods, such as major news events, to avoid unnecessary risks. 

4. Instruments and Trading Hours 

FxLive Capital provides access to a wide range of financial instruments, including: 

- Forex 

- Indices 

- Cryptocurrencies 

- Commodities 

- Stocks 

- CFDs 

Note: Our product offerings may be updated periodically based on liquidity, margin requirements, and market conditions. Overnight and weekend trades are permitted, with cryptocurrencies being the only instruments tradable on weekends. 

5. Expert Advisors (EAs) 

We support the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) to automate your trading strategies. However, the following practices are strictly prohibited: 

- Latency arbitrage 

- Reverse arbitrage 

- Gap trading 

- High-frequency trading (HFT) 

- Opposite account trading 

Any violation of these rules will result in trade adjustments, account suspension, or termination. Traders using EAs are encouraged to share their source code for review. 

6. Profit Split 

We reward your success with competitive profit splits across our programs: 

- X150 Boost+: 75% profit split after the first month of trading a funded account. 

- Live FX: Fixed 75% profit split throughout the trading cycle. 

– Power Live: 95% profit split with weekly withdrawals available. 

7. Drawdown Limits 

To ensure disciplined trading, we enforce the following drawdown limits: 

- X150 Boost+ 

- Daily Drawdown: 5% of starting equity. 

- Overall Drawdown: 10%. 

- Live FX 

- Daily Drawdown: 5% of starting equity. 

- Overall Drawdown: 10%. 

- Power Live 

- Overall Drawdown: 10%. 

Breaching these limits will result in account termination. 

8. Trading Days Requirement 

Traders are required to execute trades on a minimum of 3 days within their trading cycle to maintain account activity. 

9. Losses and Liability 

At FxLive Capital, traders are not liable for losses incurred on funded accounts. However, we strongly encourage adherence to sound risk management practices and a well-defined trading plan to maximize success. 

10. Account Security 

Traders are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. FxLive Capital does not reinstate accounts compromised due to unauthorized access or sharing with third parties. In the event of a security breach, contact our support team immediately for assistance and security protocol guidance.
